As for your question I think the ayto. plans to run an underground parking, in the space next to the building Belair, at the end of Valois Street currently also serves as parking for vehicles. The image of the winning proposal was published in the press and had not really sleazy. Hopefully for the sake of the Port to be achieved so degraded rehabilitate this area. We were looking (live in the Port) but I did not trust much of Gestur.(not because they give the lowest budget but because it was given in advance)
The section looks interesting, especially planters separating “sidewalk” Wide shot via, and
“planters-bank”. A pity that this proposal is not built because the truth is that the area is very poor, especially encounters with the building in the lower part of the street, where the relationship with commercial, bars, etc.. is continuous nonsense (rather discontinuous).
A question, Are you planning to Puerto provide parking somewhere to fill the seats that disappear with the intervention, or kept them winning proposal?

PD: The guy with a ponytail who cycle without putting your feet on the pedals, one of these is going to leave the teeth in the basalt, because he's being silly by all pedestrian (I saw him on the street in Adeje Britain).

Bueno no os preocupeis...esta así en todas partes. ultimately ends up triumphing good architecture. Q No faint!!! Here in Tenerife in the podeis quejar!!!...you have very interesting architecture. Furthermore q sure the subject of plenty crisis note.

We did not win the contest because the fundamental criterion for the award was the cheapest price.
Poco importaba si la propuesta era buena o mala.

have you won the competition?…I live temporarily in Venezuela ave. and q would not hurt you carry out that proposal. It is a shame as the setting of this avenue does not respond to the possibilities of the place!…
