    We did not win the contest because the fundamental criterion for the award was the cheapest price.
    It mattered little whether the proposal was good or bad.

  • We were looking (live in the Port) but I did not trust much of Gestur.(not because they give the lowest budget but because it was given in advance)
    The section looks interesting, especially planters separating “sidewalk” Wide shot via, and
    “planters-bank”. A pity that this proposal is not built because the truth is that the area is very poor, especially encounters with the building in the lower part of the street, where the relationship with commercial, bars, etc.. is continuous nonsense (rather discontinuous).
    A question, Are you planning to Puerto provide parking somewhere to fill the seats that disappear with the intervention, or kept them winning proposal?

  • As for your question I think the ayto. plans to run an underground parking, in the space next to the building Belair, at the end of Valois Street currently also serves as parking for vehicles.
